Textile Factory General Manager /CEO of Textile Factory in Lvivska konsaltingova grupa / Lviv Consulting Group

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Textile Factory General Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in Ukraine. 

 Textile Factory General Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile production management, operational efficiency, and team leadership. The Factory General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.

Responsibilies: 

• Oversee daily operations of the factory.
•  Ensure production goals are met on time and within budget.
•  Implement and maintain quality control standards.
•  Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
•  Manage and mentor department heads and staff.
•  Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
•  Monitor and control production costs and budgets.
•  Develop plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
•  Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards in Ukraine.

 Conduct effective communication across all levels of the organization, as well as regular performance

•  reviews, and provide feedback.
•  Resolve any operational issues or conflicts.
•  Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and decision-making.
•  Oversee maintenance and repair of factory equipment.
•  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
•  Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
•  Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements 

•  Degree in Textile, Garment Design and manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
•  Min. 5 years experience in the similar position with a proven track record of successfully managing a textile factory.
•  Strong leadership and team management skills.
•  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•  Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong analytical and organisational skills.
•  Fluent Ukrainian, advanced English.
•  Proficiency in using PC software and tools.
•  Willing to relocate to Ternopil.

Ідеальний кандидат має великий досвід в управлінні текстильним/швейним виробництвом, операційній ефективності та керуванні командою. Генеральний директор буде керувати поточною господарською діяльністю фабрики, а саме відповідати за виробництво, контроль якості, техобслуговування виробничого обладнання та безпеку праці.

Відповідальність:

•  Щоденне керування роботою текстильнфабрики.
•  Вчасне досягнення виробничих показників в межах встаnew budget.

  Management : Textile production, design of textile products or business administration.
• 5 years of successful experience in managing a textile or sewing factory is a compulsory requirement.
• Leadership skills and team management skills. 
• Great skills of solving problems and decision making. 
• Understanding production processes and quality control standards. 
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical and organizational abilities
• Free Ukrainian, English at B2 or higher. 
• Professional User of Office Programs.
