Requirements:

• Experience with task management systems (Jira).? 
• Ability to use testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).?

• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and team.? 
• Ability to explain technical details in understandable language.? 
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and tasks.?

• Basics of HTTP, TCP/IP, using tools (ping, telnet, Fiddler, Wireshark).? 
• Understanding the structure of the database, writing simple SQL queries, working with DBMS.?

  • Reception and processing of requests from dealers and GL (mail, phone, Jira).
  • Problem analysis: identification of causes, classification, prioritization.
  • Reproduction and verification of customer situations.
  • Testing of new functionality products.
  • Checking the correctness of API operation (requests, responses).
  • Formation of defect reports and their tracking.
  • Collection of analytics to improve the product and service.
  • Setting tasks for the development department.
  • Communication with partners and GL on technical issues.
  • Participation in discussing solutions to improve product quality.
