Territory Sales Executive SPT in Mars

Job Description:

• Participation in the selection, motivation of a team of sales agents in order to achieve the set parameters for distribution, distribution of sales and advertising equipment (displays) and ensuring the supply of Products to retail outlets in the assigned territory, optimizing routes
• Conducting individual and group (auditory) trainings for all team members with the aim of achieving KPR
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales on the assigned territory Control over the storage and placement of advertising equipment in retail outlets
• Conducting negotiations with the distributor, not related to investments within the framework of current trade conditions
• Development and coordination with the direct manager of the annual business - the plan for the zooconal in the entrusted territory
• Ensuring high-quality and complete data entry according to the accepted reporting system. Compilation of reports in accordance with requests
• Execution of oral and written orders of the General Director or the immediate supervisor of the Employee. Collection and study of best practices, as well as their implementation in the assigned territory
• Together with a sales agent (from the distributor's sales staff team), visiting sales points, expanding the assortment, improving the display and controlling the constant presence of the agreed assortment in the warehouse distributor and in sales points
• Conducting field audits (at least 780 sales points per year) and trainings (at least 65 per year)
• Conducting meetings with the distributor's sales representative team. Weekly monitoring of the implementation of the CPR, for which the Employee is responsible, using the Optimum program, as well as in other ways
• Conducting negotiations with local key customers, for the work with which he is responsible. Verification of fulfillment by distributors of their guarantees, declared in contracts with the distributor and other agreements, regarding the financial support of the distributor's employees, including on issues of wages, fuel, depreciation of personal property, the correctness of their calculation and communication in reporting periods
• Verification of distributors regarding the number of distributor employees who work for the purpose of selling and promoting the sale of Products, the amount of payments made by them and the correctness of their calculation
