We are announcing the opening of a Territorial Supervisor

Requirements:

• higher education;
• one year of work experience in FMCG companies in sales, preferably in management positions;
• familiarity with organizational principles sales;
• personnel management skills;
• skills of persuasion and overcoming objections;
• high discipline, responsibility and self-organization;
• communication and relationship building skills;
• high level of analytical abilities;
• experienced PC user (MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• availability of driver's license category "B", driving experience of two years or more

Responsibilities:

• execution of the sales plan and other approved business indicators within the territory;
• formation of plans for the development of the territory and customers within the company standards;
• selection, adaptation, assessment and team development. Goal setting and team motivation; Formation of a personnel reserve within the team;
• development of relations with key customers, search for new sales channels and customers;
• operational interaction and development of relations with the distributor and logistics operator;
• ensuring the installation of HC and TRO in TT, according to company standards on territories;
• ensuring and monitoring the effective use of POSM, according to company standards in the territory;
• maintaining the database of trading points in an up-to-date condition;
• submission of regular reports according to the rules, formats and deadlines established by the company.
