  • Attracting new customers to cooperation in a given region, informational support and systematic visits to existing customers to increase the level of sales, support productive and friendly relations
  • Regular training in the company's internal academy: product range, sales technology, company policies and job tools
  • Negotiating with clients on cooperation, conclusion and compliance agreements with the client
  • Providing clients with a marketing package to increase their sales (samples, stands, advertising materials)
  • Increasing the level of sales from existing clients (average check, roexpanding the assortment, providing samples, training customer managers, etc.)
  • Entering data from the history of interaction with your customers in the "Maximum" program and CRM to understand at what stage of cooperation customers are
  • Training control the client's sales managers and the client's clients, which affects the increase in the level of competences and as a result the level of sales in the client's companyInitiating offers and their agreement with the immediate supervisor, regarding actions to increase the level of sales among their clients
  • Actively use the "Program to increase sales" among their clients, agreed with the immediate supervisor
  • Take an active part in sales company games, try to win and get prizes
  • Execution of personal and team plan of sales
  • Be part of a team, support in the implementation of the plan and sales training of your colleagues
  • Plan your tasks in writing, regularly participate in coordination with the manager and the team
  • Undertake external training to improve sales skills: training, courses, books
  • Regularly provide recommendations to the immediate supervisor on improvements to increase sales at clients, personal training, personal motivation, company activities, etc.

Your goals will be:

  • Involvement in cooperation of potential customers who were transferred for processing by the manager of customer acquisition or the manager of increasing sales at the customer
  • Regular visits to existing customers to improve relations, training employees (assortment , sales), increasing the level of customer income, providing customers with samples
  • Implementation of the position plan on the margin per period (week/month/year)
  • Increase your personal income by increasing sales from your customers

Your CPI will be measured using a margin plan.

What qualities will help you:

  • Knowledge of sales technology (ability to identify needs and work with objections)
  • Ability to conduct effective negotiations with the customer so that the customer quickly starts and regularly continues to buy products

  • Category B driver's license, reliable driving experience
