Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring B2B sales in the entrusted territory (Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava regions)
Organization, development of experts and monitoring of employees' work, involved in direct sales:
- training, drawing up a development plan for experts, acting as a mentor
- preparing samples potential customers for attraction
- monitors the competitive environment of the region
- forms reporting
- monitors the quality of the engaged subscriber base
- takes part in development and presentation individual commercial offers for new and existing customers
Attracting new customers, both with the help of experts and personally
Ensuring an increase in sales volumes and an increase in the customer base of the region

Requirements:
- Full higher education (economics, marketing)
- Experience in active sales of services/equipment in the field of telecommunications or information technologies on the corporate market for 5 years or more
- Management experience
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at any level
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously\ projects
- Ability to work in CRM systems
- Initiative
- Proficiency in English at a level no lower than "Intermediate" will be an advantage
