New Mail Team Europe-is constantly growing, and now we are looking for purposeful, proactive and result-oriented Territorial target service manager, that will help to create, develop and improve the product of shipping in Europe.
- Analysis of locations for opening new location of address service in the country; organization of logistics routes, launching a location, control of traveling on a route with a courier;
- Control of employee training, construction of work of own team, priority and setting of tasks, control of compliance with company standards;
- Initiative in building processes of customer service quality, viewing and setting tasks in accordance with business requirements, identifying and improving growth zones;
- conducting an audit "Check AO" AO "SD" (processes at AO, AO, branding zone Auto, courier process for loading, fence, delivery, closure of change, work in MK, quality of customer service)
- Control and ensuring the performance of quality AOs, financial and service indicators Performing qualitative indicators of available AO partners.
