Telephone and online sales department specialist (remote) in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

UNIQA Insurance Company - the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites a Specialist of the telephone and online sales department to its team.

Functions:

• Maintaining relations with current customers, working on loyalty to our company, additional sales, conclusion of insurance contracts
• Sales and consulting of customers: incoming and outgoing calls, letters, messengers, chats
• Working with existing clients: renewals and issuing additional insurance contracts

Requirements:

• Experience in online or telephone sales from 1st year
• Confident PC user
• Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian language
• Experience in banking or insurance will be an advantage
• Understanding the main insurance products (DMS, NV, CASCO, OSCPV, property) will be an advantage

Schedule hours:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00 - 20:00
• Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00
• Floating 2 days off in the middle of the week - to be agreed individually
