Our client is developing an international digital product in the sports field and is looking for a Community Manager who feels the rhythm of Telegram and knows how to manage it.
The focus is 3 Telegram channels and 3 chats.
A live audience. Dynamics. Daily interaction.
Your role:
You enter the chat - and it comes alive.
- maintain the tone and mood of the community
- run contests and giveaways that really engage
- add gamification to keep people coming back
- warm up the discussion before events
- work with bots and automation
- you know how to translate the passive into a discussion
This role will suit you if you:
— easily enter into contact and feel people
— you know how to keep a balance between drive and respect
— you initiate activity, not waiting for it
— flexible to the rhythm of the online environment
— you have 1-2 years of experience in community / moderation / digital / SMM
A plus will be:
- confident work with Telegram
- understanding of the sports context
- experience with bots or gamification
