Telecommunication network engineer in Netvell-Ukrayina, TOV

Netwell-Ukraine LLC is an official distributor of highly effective network information security solutions and telecommunications equipment from the world's leading manufacturers in Ukraine. We supply equipment, software, licenses and services for mobile operators in the form of a complex for analyzing and identifying traffic of the "Allot DPI" (Deep Packet Inspection) model, manufactured by Allot Ltd., Israel. We also provide technical support, additional equipment, repair and maintenance of the specified complex with round-the-clock response and elimination of emergency situations 24/7.

In connection with the expansion of the project, we invite a network engineer to our team to perform the following duties :

- monitoring of the operation (state) of the network: active equipment, servers, network services;

- determination of the type of events and initial assessment, diagnostics of equipment and services at the request of the customer;

- identification and transmission of incidents to the vendor;

- control of the status of tasks, information on the state of the system, processing of requests;

- performance of tasks related to the integrity of hardware and software complex.

Main requirements:

- Experience in working and troubleshooting Linux systems;

- Skills in troubleshooting computer systems, analyzing and identifying problems ( work monitoring, use of system resources, system audit);

- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP networks/experience working with server equipment (replacement of components);

- Experience in setting up equipment — routers , switches, firewalls;

- Experience with KVM/ESXI virtualization systems;

- Preferably: experience of interaction with customer engineers and system manufacturer;

- Preferably: experience with microservices, containers and Kubernetes.
