In the spring of 2024, we presented the Strategy for the Development of Electronic of communications until 2030, which approved:
Expansion of mobile communication and Internet coverage for 98% of the population of Ukraine, in particular on international and national highways and 70% of railway tracks.
Ensuring an average data transfer rate (DL) of at least 90 Mbit/s.
Restoring and ensuring continuity of communication networks in war-affected regions.
We are launching a project to develop mobile coverage at the regional level!
Our goal is to reduce the number of areas with weak or no connection, ensure uninterrupted operation of mobile networks and help with recovery infrastructure in devastated regions.
What we do: We are building a digital state where every citizen has access to a stable connection even in the most remote corners of the country. Together with the team of the Ministry of Digital and mobile operators, you will help create a modern telecom infrastructure that changes the quality of life for millions.
Your main mission:To promote the rapid development of mobile communication networks in Odesa the region You will be the one who helps eliminate communication and ensure seamless access to networks in challenging environments.
What you will do:
• Analyze areas with weak coverage.
• Collaborate with mobile operators and help overcome bureaucratic hurdles when building networks.
• Interact with authorities to accelerate approvals for obtaining land plots or state/municipal property for lease for the installation of new infrastructure.
• Prepare analytical reports and proposals for strategic decisions. You are our candidate if:
• You have experience in the field of telecommunications, construction or public management.
• Understand the basics of land law and lease.
• Know how to effectively communicate and manage projects.
It will be an advantage:
