Responsibilities:

• formation with operators of plans to cover the white spots of the area
• monitoring the implementation of plans by operators of construction (speed of submission of documents, availability of equipment, start of construction)

Requirements:

• work experience in the field of telecommunications or related industries or in state or local authorities in the field of land relations, property lease, construction or related areas
• ability to manage projects and analyze large volumes of information
• general understanding of legislation in the field of land law, construction and lease of state and communal property real estate
• basic understanding of the principles of operation of mobile communication networks and their components
• management skills and teamwork coordination to achieve set goals
• developed communication skills and ability to think analytically and analyze complex processes
