Technologist-regulator in AVA TEK, OOO

The company AVA TECH, a leading manufacturer in the field of electrical equipment, is looking for an experienced normative technologist to optimize production processes and increase labor efficiency.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Development and implementation of regulations: Determination of optimal norms of time and material costs for the performance of production operations.

• Analysis and optimization of work processes: Conducting timekeeping, analyzing labor productivity and developing recommendations for improving processes.

• Documentation: Preparation and maintenance of regulatory documentation, technological maps, calculation maps and instructions.

• Evaluation of the efficiency of production processes: Identification of bottlenecks in production and optimization of resources.

• Cooperation with other departments: Close interaction with engineers, department heads and foremen to implement new standards and processes.

• Periodic review of standards: Update of existing standards based on changes in technology, equipment or personnel qualifications.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.

• Higher technical education (preferably in the field of production technology or engineering).

• Mastering the methods of timekeeping and labor regulation.

• Knowledge of technological processes of production and their optimization.

• Ability to work with programs for standardization and analysis of production processes (Excel, ERP systems, AutoCAD or others).

• Communication skills, ability to cooperate with different departments.

• Attention to details, organization and analytical skills.

• Ability to effectively plan work and work in multitasking conditions.

• Flexibility and adaptability in solving problems.
