Requirements for the candidate: 

• Professional higher technological education (Technology of bread, confectionery, pasta and food concentrates)
• Team management experience
• Readiness for business trips
• Knowledge of the English language (min B2)
• Communication

 Functional duties:

• Coordination of the work of the technological service (prioritization of activities, demotreking, MA, etc.)
• Adaptation, training, motivation of team members
• Organization of seminars, trainings, internal and external activities in IC Kyiv and regions
• Conducting meetings and presentations with partners (public speaking skills)
• Knowledge of the market, competitors, the company's product portfolio
• Organization of testing of new products
• Development of programs for material and non-material team motivation
• Communication and reporting to headquarters
