Technical Writer in NuxGame

The expertise we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, specifically with Intercom

  or similar platforms.

• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear,

  concise, and engaging content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in creating and managing content for both internal and

  external audiences.

• Familiarity with the iGaming industry is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or content

  management.

• Proficiency in Intercom and other content management systems.

Your position will include

• Revamp and maintain the knowledge base using Intercom,

  ensuring it is both informative and accessible.

• Develop and update content including guides, FAQs, and manuals

  for internal and external users.

• Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on new features

  and include these in the knowledge base.

• Create release notes and set up chatbots for effective

  communication and user assistance.

• Work closely with the IT department to integrate the knowledge

  base with other systems.

• Collect and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement of

  the knowledge base.
