How many people in the company: more than 100

Responsibilities:

< li> writing documentation according to standards (including internal) for software products: user manuals, test cases according to templates for end users;
• communication with project teams;
• text editing and formatting.

Requirements:

• work experience of writing technical documents from 1 year in the IT field;
• experience in preparing documents for end users;
• knowledge and experience of working with Google services (mail, meetings, drive, documents, tables), Jira, Confluence;
• understanding of the life cycle of software development;
• understanding of the principle of operation of web applications;
• independence in solving operational problems;
• accuracy and attention to details;
• recognition and awareness of one's mistakes.

Knowledge of languages:

• Ukrainian - Native
• English - Intermediate (reading and writing documentation) .

What are the terms:

• Is there a trial period and how long does it last? - up to 3 months, but you can finish it earlier (it will depend on the results of your work).
• What is the work schedule? - depending on the team, approximately from 09:30 to 18:30.
• Is it possible to work remotely? — yes, we have no requirements for the candidate's territorial placement, but the city of Kyiv will be an advantage.
• Number of vacation days? - 24 calendar days + company holidays (during military operations we only have three company holidays - Easter, Defender of the Fatherland Day and Christmas).
• Number of paid sick days per year? — 5 hospital days per year without a doctor's note. With the certificate, the number of days is unlimited, but of course it is better not to be sick)
• There is an opportunity to study and increase the levelqualification, both within the company (individual development plan) and outside (all kinds of courses, trainings, up to 70% of the cost is paid by the company).
• Is it possible to do sports? — of course, the company partially compensates the costs of the gym and other sports activities.
• In addition, we try to support our employees and provide the opportunity to receive compensation for the services of a psychologist, as well as material support and three additional days off from the company in necessary moments of life.
• Office format? — co-working.

According to the process:

• Who conducts the resume review? — HR, Team Lead, COO.
• Is there a test task? - yes
• How many interview stages and with whom? — the order may change, but we usually have 3 stages:
• Stage 1 — interview with HRG (duration up to 60 minutes — we check to what extent we and you coincide in terms of values ​​and the presence of the competencies we need in zoom or google meeting).
• Stage 2 - technical interview with Team Lead and COO - we focus on standard, rather "objective" questions to understand the technical level of knowledge.
• Stage 3 is a test task.
