Technical Writer in Ajax Systems

We are looking for a Technical Writer who will create and accompany all printed products for Ajax security systems to production, participate in pre-press processes, systematize all necessary product information in accordance with certification requirements. In the course of work, he will be able to acquire deep knowledge in working with the technical characteristics of various types of security devices and the specifics of working with certification requirements.

Tasks:

• Development of technical texts in Ukrainian and English for printed device instructions
• Development of certification sticker concepts for devices
• Adaptation and translation of texts from English into other foreign (Romano-Germanic and Slavic) languages ​​with the help of appropriate software
• Editing and proofreading of instructions, updating the information provided in the texts of the instructions
• Compiling technical specifications and issuing amendments for the designer
• Reading the final layouts of the instructions in Figma
• Active communication with the developers of Ajax devices to create the most useful and qualitatively adapted to the user requirements instructions

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Experience in writing technical texts or user instructions
• Skills in working with tools: Google docs, Confluence, Jira, Figma (basic knowledge)
• Skills for processing technical documentation and gathering information with the aim of explaining complex technical structures in a language understandable to the end user
• Autonomy and good communication skills
• Maximum attention to details and responsibility in the process of creating and/or editing texts
• English language at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working with texts in the field of electronics, knowledge of technical terms, understanding why "terminological consistency" is needed, and a desire to develop in the field of hard development
