To our team, we are looking for
TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for partners, customers, and employees, focusing on products, services, and essential technical skills
- Continuously develop your subject-matter expertise through research of products, technologies, and related systems
- Create, update, and manage training materials such as presentations, guides, simulators, and practical exercises to support effective knowledge transfer
- Cooperate with Field Team and Training Coordinators to identify learning needs, plan training schedules, manage registrations, and ensure smooth administrative processes
- Deliver trainings at John Deere Training Centers and partner locations across Ukraine and other countries in the region; willingness to travel up to 20% of working time
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Technical and/or agricultural background
- Basic understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, electrics, and electronics
- Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - required to deliver training and communicate effectively with partners across different markets
- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 20%)
- Valid driver’s license
