In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for responding to clients and providing first-tier support for the TITAN products. This role is an integral part of the customer experience journey.Responsibilities:Provide personalized support via various channels (Slack, Salesforce).Manage the ticketing system for our products.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products.Educate customers on features and best practices.Escalate unresolved issues to the solutions and CS team or relevant departments.Requirements:2+ years experience in a customer technical support role in a SaaS companyBSc in Information Systems/Computer Science.Excellent Salesforce in depth knowledgeStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Fluent in English, additional languages a plus (Spanish, French).Willingness to work remotely across various time zones.Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, and Data analytics.
