Requirements:

  • Availability of an uninterrupted source of electricity and Internet.
  • Voip experience from 1 year 
  • Proficiency or learning (in the process) of English up to level B1-B2.
  • Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages.
  • Openness to learning new information and quick adaptation to changes.



Main duties:

  • Process incoming customer requests on the first line of support. (Candidates with second line potential considered, only first line not considered)
  • Diagnoses technical issues including analyzing system logs, API responses, and developer documentation/technical documentation. 
  • Resolve issues independently when possible or delegate to appropriate departments and partners as necessary.
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues throughout the support cycle, providing timely updates and solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to provide updates, gather information and solutions. 
  • Effectively interact with colleagues from other departments to solve problems and improve the quality of customer service.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, internal manuals and knowledge base articles.
