  • You have experience working with customer inquiries (phone/mail/chat) and Service Desk / CRM systems

  • You have a higher education (or are studying in recent courses)

  • Able to communicate clearly, write competently in Ukrainian and keep calm in difficult situations

  • Attentive to details and like to understand the causes of the problem, and not just "toss it on"

  • Intermediate+ English will be a plus

    • You are familiar with OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux/Android/iOS) and browsers

    • You know how to use DevTools (Console/Network/Storage)

      • Help with settings and basic troubleshooting

      • Support customers in online payment issues (on request)

      • Conduct initial functional testing and smoke tests after updates

      • Advise company colleagues about the site and internal admin systems

      • Interact with other teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, QA) so that the client receives results quickly
