Required skills:

-Elementary to Intermediate (Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate) knowledge of English.
-Strong expertise in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. Basic knowledge of HTML and system administration (pinging, tracing).
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in speech and writing.
-High level of responsibility and excellent self-organization.
-Ready for intensive education and continuous improvement.
-Skilled in processing and organizing large amounts of information.
-Higher or incomplete higher education (a technical background is a plus).
-Willingness to work on a pre-established schedule with specific shift lengths.
-Ability to express thoughts clearly and structurally in writing, and to distill key points from extensive information.

Responsibilities:

-Engage with our products to ensure smooth operation.
-Keep a close eye on our product systems for optimal performance.
-Identify and report bugs promptly.
-Create detailed guides for managing our systems.
-Configure client management system privileges.
-Collect information from clients and provide them with clear instructions on using our products.
-Assist clients with access issues and work towards resolving their problems.
-Collect detailed information about problems, attempt resolutions, and escalate to developers/DevOps/system administrators when necessary.
