Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a user support specialist.
Needed skills:
- Competent, free command of the Ukrainian language - clear diction, correct speech and spelling.
- Ability to quickly master large amounts of information, effectively structure and analyze it;
- analytical thinking and attention to details.
- Ability to teach others - explain complex things in simple language;
- preferred experience in training, mentoring or support users.
- Communicativeness and kindness, the ability to quickly establish contact with people.
- Patience, perseverance, readiness for routine work, high self-organization and responsibility.
- Emotional stability, stress resistance, the ability to quickly navigate complex or non-standard situations.
- Confident use of a PC and office software (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.).
- Practical experience in using browsers, websites, as well as Windows, Android, iOS operating systems.
- Experience with Confluence - creation, editing and support of documentation.
- Readiness for constant learning and quick assimilation of new information - the product is actively developing, new functions and work scenarios appear.
Will be an advantage:
- Software testing skills
- Ability to issue bug reports and change requests
- Knowledge of the medical field and principles of medical reform in Ukraine
- Experience of working with eHealth or others medical information systems or patient services.
Main duties:
- Reception and registration of requests from users.
- Providing verbal and written advice on the use supported
- Resolving typical user problems within the limits of their competence.
- Reporting on appeals: a detailed description of actions and decisions taken.
- Fixing problems, errors and user wishes according to a defined algorithm and transferring them to the appropriate department.
- Registering found solutions and workarounds in the knowledge base - maintaining a single database of errors and solutions.
- Conducting trainings and webinars for users (video recording).
- Maintaining and updating the knowledge base.
- Performing other management assignments within the scope of job duties.
- Performing duties in accordance with establishedx in the company's regulations, instructions and standards.
- Observance of norms (number of processed applications, quality of consultations provided, duration and compliance with deadlines) and rules provided for this position.
