We are currently lookingSecond Line Specialist to join us and will help bring a number of existing and new projects to a new level. You will have to work on implementing new technologies and optimizing current processes.

Skills:

  • Experience in installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows operating systems (10, 11).
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Experience in installing and configuring various software.
  • Diagnosis of PC software and hardware problems.
  • Understanding the principles of functioning of computer networks, understanding the principles of routing and addressing in the network.
  • Understanding the working principles of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, VPN, RDP.
  • Understanding the principles of operation of the main network protocols (IP, TCP, UDP...).
  • Working with Service Desk or ITSM user registration and processing systems.
  • Experience in the field of IT at least 2 years.
  • Technical reading level documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Remotely executes complex requests, appeals, incidents registered in the information system, which require special knowledge and accumulated experience in operating Users' devices in compliance with the service level agreement (SLA), approved procedures and regulations.
  • Performs work within the framework of the following services from various services:
    -Software installation;
    -Standard software/OS settings;
    -Software malfunction;
    -Print, scan settings;
    -Data recovery;
    -providing consultations;
    -regulatory update of the standard ARM software;
    -Copying user information to external media.
  • Remotely configures computers, remotely configures office equipment, performs preliminary diagnostics of faulty equipment before transfer to service centers.
  • < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Provides assistance in solving the tasks of specialized services (without the possibility of transfer to third parties): AutoCad, Estimates (Estimates, Estimates PIR, Budstandard), AC client-UZ Mesplan, Liga, SAFEQ print control system, information- TM-map reference system, additional software.
  • Jointly participates in the services of other departments:
    - SAP - assistance in the process of testing and implementation of new projects; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/> - automated management of workplaces, devices;
    - consultations for mobile communication management .
  • Independently performs tasks within the framework of IT projects implemented in the Company.
  • Collects data for the Company's information systems (IP), systematizes the accumulated information when entered into the IP.
