What awaits you:

  • Training: first you will undergo training with our Team Lead - one of the best employees of our company. He will introduce you to our work, structure and corporate culture, tools for work , regulations and instructions.
  • Testing: after training you will be tested through tests to understand what you have learned better and what we still need to work on.
  • < li>Technical Support: Next, you will start working on all technical requests from customers, from simple requests like "call tracking not working" to complex settings of web hooks of speech analytics or voice robot settings.
  • Checking services: you will monitor the performance of services after updates and control their quality
  • Resolving difficulties: participating in solving global difficulties in work and consolidation of information for his Team Lead to speed up the resolution of difficulties in the work.
  • Integrations: to connect the integration of our telephony to external systems of CRM/ERP customers and write instructions, reviews for the use of ourservices. 
  • Interesting tasks: you will be involved in various tasks that will not let you get bored

  • working in an office in Kyiv (Kontraktova Ploshcha) suits you
  • you have experience in configuring any network equipment
  • you know what network protocols are (UDP, TCP, HTTP)
  • you know how to configure basic Windows or Linux OS
  • your Romanian language is at Upper-Intermediate+ level
  • you have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Optional, but would be a big plus:

  • experience in technical support
  • experience with Linux/Unix systems
  • English or Polish Upper-Intermediate+ levels. 

Now for the most interesting thing - how many?
During the trial period, the salary will be UAH 20,000. The company invests in you, providing all the necessary resources for a successful start.
After the trial period, everything depends on your contribution to the overall business, involvement and initiative. Your salary can grow systematically due to allowances and regular reviews.
