What will you do:

• Fixing and processing applications from users by phone and system service desk
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of software
• Installation and configuration of MS Windows, Ubuntu (basic configuration);
• Maintenance of PC fleet and office equipment
• User Account Management

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of desktop OS of the Windows family at the administrator level
• Understanding principles of network operation: NAT, DHCP, DNS
• Understanding the operation of mail protocols POP3, IMAP, SMTP, etc. 
• Basic knowledge of Windows server, AD, DNS, Terminal Services. small offices
• Ability to remotely identify and troubleshoot a PC problem
• Punctuality
• Ability and willingness to learn

Preference will be:

• Work experience from 1 year in a similar or similar position
• Attend courses or trainings on Windows, Linux and other technical areas
• Knowledge and experience of working with 1C< /li>
