Technical support specialist in the IT sphere in Mobius

Today we are looking for a productive technical support specialist to join our young team. We are ready to make you an offer (where you will be adequately rewarded for your work) if you can boast of:

• Experience of working in support from 1 year;
• Fluent command of Ukrainian, in English not lower than Pre-Intermediate;
• Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (will be a big advantage)

Your tasks will be related to:

• project planning together with the project manager;
• manual settings of the Odoo-erp system: configuring modules, downloading directories from Excel, customizing the system (where simple settings cannot be dispensed with, the project comes to the rescue);
• communication with clients (initially only in conjunction with the project);
• client support after project completion.
