We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of "Technical Support Specialist" who shares our values ​​and strives to become part of our company.

We plan to entrust you with the following tasks:< /p>

• Reception, registration and processing of user requests by phone;
• Processing of applications submitted through the HelpDesk WEB portal in accordance with the adopted regulations;
• Maintenance of computer equipment, video surveillance systems;
• Participation in projects to open new facilities (business trips to Ukraine);
• Maintenance of reporting documentation.

You are our candidate if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• In-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems Windows systems;
• You have experience with Active Directory;
• You have experience with SCS, video surveillance, cash register equipment;
• You are able to work with large amounts of information, and you also want to learn and develop.< /li>
