Our team needs a technical support specialist for our YouTube blogger partners (Customer support): High level of customer orientation; Understanding of the YouTube platform; Experience of working in a similar position for at least 1 year; Adequacy, punctuality, responsibility, stress resistance, desire to work and develop; Fast ability to study and the presence of interest in this field of activity; Competent oral and written English; English: Upper-Intermediate or higher; Responsibilities: Processing of incoming messages in chat and social networks; Processing of mail; Consultative support of partners/potential partners.
