The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.

    >  normal">- Registration of incidents and requests in the Helpdesk system, their classification, prioritization and escalation if necessary. 
    – Control of the execution of requests in accordance with internal regulations and SLA. >solving problems with PC, software, printers, network. 
    – Providing assistance via remote access tools (RDP and others). 

  • IT services and infrastructure support
    – Installation and configuration of OS (Windows), office and application software. 
    – Configuration of network connections (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), connection to mail services, file resources. 

  • Consultative user support
    – Providing advice on using IT services, basic settings, and eliminating common errors. 
    – Explanation of technical points in an accessible form for non-technical users. 

  • Reporting and service quality control
    - Forming reports based on the results of handling requests, participation in improving service processes. 
    – Collecting feedback to improve the level of service. 

Additional duties: normal; font-weight: bold">Development and maintenance of technical documentation 
Creation of instructions, policies, network diagrams, video instructions for users. 
– Preparation of templates and service standards. 

  • Support and configuration of the Helpdesk system
    – Administration of the ticket system: updating categories, templates, process automation. 
    – Adapting the structure of the system to the needs of the organization. 

  • Knowledge base filling
    - Systematization and update of solutions to common problems for quick user and team support. 
    – Introduction of new materials in the format of articles or instructions. 

  • Accounting of IT assets
    – Maintenance of hardware and software database: inventory, license control, technical condition.
    – Keeping IT infrastructure data up-to-date.

  • Participation in internal IT projects
    – Support of new initiatives, implementation of services, software testing, customization of workplaces. 
    – Performing various technical tasks as needed. 

  • Promoting information security
    - Adherence to security policies, control of access to resources, basic educational work with users. 
    - Responding to security incidents according to internal procedures. 

  • General Responsibilities:

    • Carry out active work to achieve the goals of the TCHU.

    • To adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and to work in accordance with them.

    • Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 

    Requirements for the candidate:

    • Bachelor/specialist/master's education.

    • Work experience from 1 year. 

    • Excellent communication skills. 

    • Ability to cooperate and work in a team.  

    • The ability to make decisions. 

    • Ability to work with partners/contractors, local organizations will be an advantage. 

    • Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work. 

    • Ability to build trust.
