Technical support specialist for "UKU-online" in Ukrayinskiy katolickiy universitet

The "UKU-online" team is looking for a responsible and technically knowledgeable online course support specialist. We seek to attract a specialist who will help students and the project team quickly and efficiently solve technical requests, create a convenient and accessible user experience for each course. If you have experience working with educational platforms, are ready to help in solving various technical issues, and also like to work with educational materials and processes - we would be glad to see you in our team!

Main duties:

• Providing support to the "UKU-online" team in solving technical issues through work with Academy admin panels Ocean, the UCU Online portal and Salesforce.
• Uploading courses to the Academy Ocean platform, including videos, text and visual materials.
• Help in creating and updating online courses on the portal at https://online.ucu.edu.ua/, including downloading texts and images for each module.< /span>
• Prompt processing of requests related to payments, course registration and other technical issues.< /span>

Requirements:

• Experience with Academy Ocean, Salesforce and other course management and user interaction systems.
• Ability to effectively handle technical inquiries, resolve conflict situations and provide detailed instructions.
• Ability to work with video, text and visual materials, organize their structure and configure access.
• Analytical thinking and result orientation.
• Experience as a tester (QA) will be a plus!
