Job description

A successful Ukrainian company - Internet provider "NashNet" - is developing and improving its team.

Current offer: work in the department of technical support for subscribers.

Tasks of a specialist:

• consulting subscribers by phone;

• remote diagnostics of malfunctions;

• preparation and configuration of network equipment (WiFi routers, IPTV set-top boxes);

• network monitoring.

Working in the company will allow you to:

• deepen your knowledge of network construction;

• learn how to work with network equipment;

• gain unique work experience in the field of IT and telecommunications.

We are looking for an employee who:

• has a basic/full (or unfinished) higher education;

• knows PC at the level of a confident user;

• understands the technology of the Internet, has basic knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, OSI models;

• knows how to work with network equipment (WiFi routers, IPTV set-top boxes);

• communicative and stress-resistant;

• quickly learns new skills;

p>• wants to develop professionally in the field of IT and telecommunications.

Welcome:

• knowledge of technical English;

• ability to set up and configure *nix systems;< /p>

• experience working with D-Link network equipment;

• living on the Left Bank.
