Technical support specialist (Deutsch) — electric bicycles in BPO company MSV Multicall

MSV Multicall is an Austrian outsourcing company with an office in Lviv, which has been working on the European market for more than 20 years.

For our international project, we are looking for a technical support specialist (technischer Support) with fluent German language.

Our client is an international manufacturer of branded products in the field of auto accessories, electric bicycles (Elektrofahrrader), electronics and components.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German at the B2-C1 level (oral and written) is mandatory;
• Technical experience in related fields (one of): auto mechanics / auto electrics; bicycle mechanics; repair of electronics or electrical equipment; working with batteries, controllers, motors, etc.;
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering and the principles of operation of electric transport;
• Ability to carry out primary diagnostics of technical malfunctions;
• Confident use of a PC;
• Attention to details, logical thinking, competent communication.

Main duties (technischer Support):

• Reception and analysis of customer technical inquiries in German (phone line);
• Selection and compatibility check of articles;
• Providing technical recommendations for elimination problems;
• Documentation of appeals and solutions in the support system;
• Escalation of complex cases to engineers of the second level (Level 2).

This is not work in the workshop, but technical consultation and remote user support.
