Skyfall Data is a company that provides technical support to customers on an international level. We are looking for someone to respond to customers via chat - no calls, no stress, at a steady pace and with clear answers. Working remotely, so you can work from any convenient place!
This is not a hotline, it is a text communication with those who need a hint or a solution to a simple question. Everything will be shown, taught and supported from day one.
What we offer:
Payments: from 45 000.
Support: the manager is always in touch via chat or video calls if questions arise.
Foreign clients — practice of English (you can start without knowledge of the language).
Your tasks:
Respond to customers in internal chat (text only, no voice calls).
Help with simple queries such as: "where is my account", "can't log in", "how does it work".
Refer technical questions to colleagues - we don't expect you to know everything.
Keep basic notes in CRM.
