The leading Internet provider LLC "Ukrainian Internet Company" needs a technical support specialist (call center operator).

You are good at computers, you study IT, you just like to help your friends and are you familiar with technology or would you like to be interested in this direction? We invite you to the position of a specialist in technical support of a leading Internet provider.

Requirements:

- competent speech, knowledge of the Ukrainian language;

- customer orientation, stress resistance ;

— basic knowledge of network technologies (will be a big plus and will be reflected in the salary level);

— we provide training to candidates without experience (the main desire and desire to learn). You will be assisted by our experienced employees and software that will do part of the work for you;

- work experience and/or higher education in this direction or related fields will be an advantage;

Responsibilities:

— consultation of subscribers on technical issues, service conditions in telephone mode;

— diagnosis of client equipment through the monitoring program;

- configuration of client equipment ;

— drawing up applications for repair works.

Working conditions:

— subject to a decent level of knowledge and experience in this field — the rate is UAH 18,000 from the first month The salary level is from UAH 10,000 in the absence of basic knowledge and experience for the training period (usually from 2 weeks to 1 month);

— flexible work schedule of 15 working days per month for 12 hours. Two days from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., two days on weekends. A total of 14-16 working days per month (depending on the number of days in the month, 28 or 31 calendar days). The opportunity to change shifts with other employees;
