Main responsibilities:
- Conducting initial problem analysis and independent resolution requests; users according to qualifications or documented instructions;
- Replenishing the knowledge base with new articles on solving user requests;
- Consulting and initial user support;
- Quality control and resolution deadlines requests, providing feedback to users.
Basic requirements:
- Communication skills that allow you to clearly inform, help and advise users, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues ;
- Patience, courtesy, tact and diplomacy in difficult situations;
- Ability to remember large volumes of information and analytical composition mindset.
