Tasks:
- reception, registration and resolution of incoming calls in telephone mode;
- outbound training on working with the web portal across all products and networks;
- verification correctness of EDI and EDO documents (xml) downloaded from the user's accounting system;
- initial consultation of integrated clients;
- testing of new functionality, description of bugs.
