Right now we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Technical education in the field of IT
• Knowledge of computer equipment and components
• Ability to configure network equipment

Main duties:

• Processing requests and resolving issues in a remote format;
• Support of software and workplaces, local network, remote user support, configuration and support of MS Exchange services;< /li>
• Preparation and guidance for the repair of computer equipment of automated workplaces;
• Connecting and setting up printers, scanners.
• Repair, maintenance of computer and peripheral equipment.
