Basic requirements: ideally, a higher technical education, but not critical, if from another direction; 1 year or more experience in technical support and/or IT would be a plus, but not required; we are ready to train if the candidate is ready to develop and work; skills of communication with customers, the ability to listen, understand the customer, convey the necessary information and be customer-oriented; Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL (will be a significant plus, but not critical; we are ready to train); attentiveness, politeness, persistence, ability to work for results, ability to work in a team; knowledge of MS Office, Google docs, Google sheets - mandatory; error tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, etc.) — not critical, ready to train; Responsibilities: quick processing of customer requests; coordination and control of deadlines for the fulfillment of requests from customers; verification of detected defects and formation of tasks for their finalization by our QA-Team; transferring appeals regarding the development of the platform's functionality to the Customer Success Team; advising clients on the use of LMS Collaborator and its functionality; conducting presentations and training clients to use LMS Collaborator's functions.
