Company LLC "Ukrainian Information Systems" invites to work young, energetic and ambitious
Work format: office
Work schedule: 24-hour shifts with 1/4 days off
Responsibilities:
Reception and processing of user requests (phone, email, chat, ticket system)
Consultation of users on basic technical issues (phone, email, chat, ticket system)
Primary diagnosis of incidents and problems
Solution of typical requests
Escalation of complex incidents to the 2nd level support
Keeping tickets in the Jira system
Adherence to SLA and service standards
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Windows / macOS (Linux will be a plus)
Understanding the basics of networks (TCP/IP, DNS - on the basic levels)
Ability to work with users and explain technical things in simple language
Competent oral and written Ukrainian language
Resistance to stress and responsibility
Willingness to work in a 24-hour format
Willingness to learn and develop in IT
Would be an advantage:
Experience in technical support / Help Desk
Experience with ticketing systems
Basic knowledge of ITIL / ITSM
Knowledge of English at a basic level (studying documentation)
