Salary: UAH 30,000 + bonuses

The company works in the field of data processing and support of online services. The main areas of activity are the administration of information processes, posting and updating of data on web resources, as well as ensuring the stable operation of digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Processing user requests (chat, email)

• Providing advice on the operation of the service

• Assisting in solving technical issues

• Transferring complex requests to the appropriate specialists

• Internal reporting

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of PC and Internet services

• Competent written Ukrainian language

• Responsibility and attention to details

• Desire to develop in the field of technical support

• Experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory

Conditions:

• Work in an office

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00

• Fixed rate 30,000 UAH + bonus system

• Average income 40,000 UAH+

• Training and support during the adaptation phase
