Technical support specialist in PepsiCo

We are looking for a technical support specialist who will provide a high level of service to end users and participate in the management of the company's IT infrastructure.

Tasks you will face:

• Level 2 support: ensuring stable operation of mobile devices and computer systems of end users.
• Management IT assets: record keeping in ERP and MDM systems, equipment life cycle control.
• Cooperation with Service Desk: coordination of work to comply with SLA and improve the quality of user support.
• Service quality control: monitoring of workstation and application support, participation in improving service processes.
• Incident analysis: identification of root causes problems, communication between L2, L3 and Service Desk for quick solutions.
• Project management: planning and implementation of projects to replace computer and mobile equipment.

Wishes for candidates:

• Education - higher (information technology, computer systems).
• Experience in supporting mobile devices.
• Knowledge of English - Intermediate.
