Technical support specialist in Odd Systems

Odd Systems is a defense technology company specializing in the development and production of thermal imaging cameras and FPV drones. Founded by a group of entrepreneurs, engineers, managers and FPV enthusiasts with previous experience in a number of international technology companies, including Petcube, a global leader in pet cameras and software. The company's products, including Kurbas-256 and Kurbas-640 thermal imaging cameras; FPV-drones Stus-7, Lupinis-10, Gorska-12 and others, named after prominent figures of the "Shooted Renaissance" and "Sixties" - Ukrainian intellectuals of the 20th century, persecuted and destroyed by the Soviet regime. Odd Systems has offices in Ukraine, the USA and the EU. We are looking for an attentive and communicative Technical Support Specialist, who will become a reliable support for our partners and help solve their questions quickly and efficiently. 

Main areas of work:

• Receiving and processing requests from partners via chat and e-mail;
• Providing answers to typical questions and assistance with basic technical problems;
• Primary diagnosis of requests and collection of necessary information;
• Escalation of complex cases to the technical team;
• Maintaining positive experience of partners and compliance with service standards.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Experience of working with unmanned aerial vehicles;
• Experience of working in the support service or with clients in general;
• Basic technical background and the ability to quickly understand new products;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level;
• Level English Intermediate+ (for written communication);
• Developed communication skills and customer orientation;
• Responsibility, attention to details, sociability;

Will be an advantage:

• Experience of working with ZenDesk, Jira or other such platforms;
• Experience of working with thermal/day cameras;
• Experience of working as an air defense system assembler;
