Responsibilities:
- respond to user appeals within the set deadline
- registration of user appeals
- forwarding of user appeals to appropriate technical support specialists to solve the problem
- keeping a log with a description of actions taken and decisions made, followed by entering decisions into a single database
- providing assistance and consultation during replacement equipment
- providing assistance with TV settings
- conducting checks of system operation at facilities
- selection and training of contractors
- inspection, support, control of contractors' work
- equipment adjustment and repair
- replacement of equipment at locations
