Our team is looking for: Specialist in information technology and information protection

Requirements for our candidate: 

• Higher education
• Experience in the field of information technology - from 1 year;
• Understanding the principles of cyber security and corporate security policies will be an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with information systems.

Responsibilities of our candidate:

• Processing requests employees through the HelpDesk system (registration, classification, resolution).
• Performance of work related to the maintenance of corporate mail in Microsoft 365 (creation/blocking/configuration of accounts, groups).
• Ensuring the operation and participation in the modernization of the local network (diagnostics, setting up network equipment, troubleshooting).
• Setting up employees' workplaces (connecting and configuring PCs, laptops, peripherals, software).
• Keeping records of computer equipment and office equipment (inventory, update of account data, control of equipment movement).
• Operation monitoring and maintenance of office equipment (printers, MFPs, scanners and other equipment).
