Main responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to users.
• Installing and configuring Windows 11 and MacOS.
• Installing, updating and supporting client software (MS Office, mail, accounting software, etc.).
• Creating and user account support (AD, Microsoft 365).
• Preparation and switching of workplaces (Laptop, network connection, peripherals).
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.
• Maintenance of office equipment (printers, BFPs, scanners).
• Participation in the purchase of IT equipment and interaction with service centers.
• Accounting of IT assets (inventory, updating data in Asset Management, control of equipment movement)
• Participation in internal IT projects of the company.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a technical user support specialist from 6 months;
• Windows 11 OS administration experience.
• Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook).
• Understanding local networks, network equipment (DHCP, DNS, LAN).
• Support experience accounting software.
• Skills in office equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy.
• Understanding the principles of Firewall.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with MacOS.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, etc.).
