Main tasks and responsibilities

Your key role will be in the technical support of the Ministry of Health, namely:

• Full technical support and administration of online meetings (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet), including important meetings of the Ministry.

• Prompt resolution of problems with communication, sound or video during broadcasts.

• Moderation of connections and help to participants in the conference.

2. Support of the electronic document management system (SED "Askod"):

• Setting up the system at users' workplaces.

• Employee training in SED".> (KEP).

3. Technical support of users (Helpdesk):

• Reception and processing of employee requests (Service Desk).

• Software and hardware troubleshooting.

  Turnkey setting up of new workplaces.

4. Administration and documentation:

• Keeping records of completed applications.

  Work experience: Understanding the principles of technical support and Service Desk work.

• Video conferencing:

Document circulation:" Experience with Askod SED will be a significant advantage.

• OS and software: In-depth knowledge of Windows, MS package Office, mail clients.
