We invite to our team a Customer Support Specialist, Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Processing inquiries and providing answers to customers in a timely manner.
• Selling services, assisting customers in the agreements.
• Consulting clients on financial issues, using the service, terms of exchange in chat, mail and telephone mode.
• Entering information in the process of communicating with clients in CRM.
• Working with objections when working with clients.

Requirements:

• Location - Kyiv.
• Work experience in a contact center or customer service will be an advantage.
• Experience in online sales is desirable.
• A confident PC user.
• Experience in a CRM system.
• Competent written/spoken Ukrainian.
• Communicative, friendly, ability to establish contact.
• Ability to perform routine work and training.
• Ability to quickly navigate difficult situations.
• Analytical mindset.

The company offers:

• Work format: Kyiv, Remote
• Work schedule: 5/2, 09:30 (10:00) — 18:30 (19:00) (some Saturdays may be workers, are paid additionally).
• Fixed rate 18,000 hryvnias. + bonuses 5000 hryvnias. after the trial period.
