functional responsibilities:
1. Technical support of users:
- Reception, registration and processing of users (through phone, email, application system, etc.); hardware;
- Provision of IT and Equipment Advice
2. Equipment and software service:
- Installing, setting up and updating operating systems and software;
- Monitoring of equipment performance (PC, printers, network equipment, etc.);
- Conducting preventive work to prevent possible failures;
- Managing users access to corporate resources.
3. Interactions with other departments:
- Collaboration with other units on complex technical issues;
- Interaction with equipment and service providers (if necessary);
- Technical documentation and reporting.
4. Security and compliance with the standards:
- Compliance with Company Information Security policies;
- Control of the correct use of licensing software.

1. Technical skills:
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, MacOS (optional) - installation, adjustment, updating, diagnosis of problems;
- Working with hardware : diagnosis and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers;
- Fundamentals of network technologies: DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi;
- User Administration: Account Management in Active Directory, Adjustment of Access Rights;
- Working with Service Systems: Service Desk for Registration and Processing /ul>
2. Software Working Skills:
- Installing, Setting up and Updating Corporate Software;
- Basic Administration of Office Packs (MS Office).
