what will you do:
- help customers solve technical issues by phone, Viber and Telegram
- Connect and set up Equipment (printers, terminals, scales)
- Understand databases (MySQL) and remote servers (RDP)
- Explain complex things in simple words
What we expect from you:
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user
- The desire to deal with databases and servers (teach if necessary! )
- Communicative and ability to quickly find common ground
- Responsibility and love to solve complex problems

Salary : from 20 000 to 30 000 UAH + bonuses from technical support services
work schedule : Mon-Fri, with 9:00 to 18:00
